Property was fantastic little and modern, I loved the stay.
The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a safe area, next to restaurants and shops, last minute alternative transport, and Sun Plaza for the Fansipan cable car. I had tastefully decorated and brand-new room complete with an unforgettable view, mountain views, as for instance. The breakfast was superb and fantastic with Vietnamese food and good options, as for instance, very good service. Everything was simply fine.

The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, with an electric heating system that kept me cozy during the cold weather. The balcony offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions on foot.
Although there was some construction noise in the vicinity, it did not significantly impact my stay. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty, but I managed to stay connected for the most part.

Located close to Sapa station and hiking trails, the rooms have a nice balcony with mountain views. The hotel is great value for money, with clean and dated rooms. The 90s bar on the same level is popular for billiards and drinks. a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Booked a room with nice views over the mountains. Had central heating, a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, it were just what I needed. Fantastic breakfast and other services were good. The location was particularly good, to many restaurants in Sapa!

The value for money at Phuong Nam was excellent, especially for a solo traveler like me. The room was spacious with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged a bus back to the train station for me.
